first at all nice reception staff ! very friendly...the room / hotel are very nice furnished..like 5 stars hotel ! the room had gut TV with a lot international channel , very clear to see ! / good wifi speed , Air condition ist not facing the bed ...just the window ( can open ) is in direction of stairwell (just with upgrate you can get a window/blacony direction street ) ...the room was very quiet . Breakfast : full ok , beautifully maintained . It was a good stay

Location near entertainment and dining options. The hotel is pleasant and modern, and the bed in my room was very comfortable. The room also contained numerous useful items, all of which came from reputable businesses. The staff is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended

Location close to restaurants and entertainment venues. The bed in my room was really comfy, and the hotel is nice and contemporary. There were also many practical things in the room, many from reliable companies. The breakfast is great, and the staff is really energetic and helpful. Strongly advised

The staff there are very helpful and friendly. I have to give a shout out to Hoai Giang - she has been extremely helpful and deserves a promotion.

Location was the priority to choose this hotel Beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful There is a park nearby in case you want to exercise in the morning

Great location, being next to a big park is so lovely and very easy to walk to all main attractions. The food stalls around are wonderful as well! Our room was a balcony room and you could barley hear the traffic, was so quiet. Would definitely be staying here again.

Staff found my daughter’s earrings which she’d accidentally left in the hotel room and posted them on to a hotel in Hanoi when she contacted the hotel. That’s excellent service.

Breakfat is good.) but it would be better if you write name of menu with ingrediants containing to identify whether it is vegetatian or not.
